Exciting Changes.....

Some exciting changes are coming to beth smith pilates. New class format and class cards to make coming to class easier for everyone! Come when it fits into your schedule. See above calendar for class dates and times.
6 class card is good for 2 months and the 12 class card is good for 4 months. Of course, to see and feel the benefits of pilates, I recommend that you come to class at least once a week! Consistency is key!!
